Despite the heavy snowfall the Lark Sparrow continues at the foot of the Don
Valley Parkway. Today it was harder to find as it spent most of its time
concealed behind a large snow drift. It was foraging in the dried weeds near
the yellow and red fire hydrant that is blocked off by rusted yello
Hi Everyone,
At 11:25 this morning, I was exiting the Erieau Rail Trail and found a
Nelson's sparrow in the sumac beside the marsh near the entrance. Before I
could get a photo, it flew further towards the parking area into another
sumac where I was able to study it a bit more. It was VERY orange
