As of 10am, there was a Marbled Godwit in the small wet area on west side
of Greenbank Rd, just north of Barnsdale Rd. Also, the Wilson's Phalarope
found by Peter Blancher was still present at 9:30am in the middle cell of
Richmond Lagoons which are on west side of Eagleson Rd just south of Old
The Godwit was still present this morning at 5:30 on Greenbank Rd.. All the
other shorebirds except the White-rumped were also seen. An addition was one
Semi. Plover. The peeps were Semi. Sandpipers.Some patience may be needed as
the Godwit can not be seen if it is along the near edge of the
Marbled Godwit still present at 07h.10 this morning on pond off Greenbank Road.

Just after 12 noon today I saw a Marbled Godwit on Greenbank Rd. Ottawa.
It is on the west side of Greenbank between West Hunt Club Rd. and Falowfield
Rd.
Directions:From Hwy 416 take West Hunt Club Rd. exit, go east to Greenbank Rd.
and then south on Greenbank. The pond is on the west side of
The Marbled Godwit reported yesterday at Shirley's Bay was still there this
evening. Bev McMaster and myself observed the bird feeding in the mud flats at
the base of the dyke from approximately 5:30 pm - 6:15 p.m. this evening.
