Hi,
This is an update for those considering traveling to Ottawa this weekend.
The Razorbill was last seen just before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 1st,
drifting/flying eastward. I spent some time scanning the Ottawa River this
afternoon, from Bate Island to the east to Andrew Park to the west.

Well it was another exciting day in Canada's capital! The Razorbill was
found today by Jon Ruddy and Ottawa birders experienced another
fallout/flight from the north. After a few days of good birding a number of
us were stationed at various vantage points along the south side of
Continuing at Dick Bell. drifting east. Likely viewed from Andrew Haydon
Park east as well

True magic! Just watched a Razorbill fly toward me in my scope view and
LAND in the water just off Dick Bell Park. Currently viewing by looking W
from Dick Bell. I am 150 m west of lighthouse.

Hi Ontbirders
The Razorbill was still present off Deschenes Lookout this morning at 8:00am
feeding approximately in the middle of the river. Also present 2 Red-throated
Loon, 1 Common Loon, 1 Horned Grebe, 1 Red-necked Grebe and lots of Common
Goldeneye.

Directions:
The Razorbill was seen at 3:30 on the river between the Deschennes lookout and
the Deschennes boat ramp, hard to see due to choppy conditions. 2 RT Loon were
present and an unidentified jaeger was seen over the river near the
intersection of Woodroffe Ave. and the Ottawa River parkway. A 3rd
