change Workspace while dragging Window

Hi, when i change the workspace (with bbkeys) while i'm dragging around a window, the [X: 123 x Y: 123] counter remains on screen on the new workspace. Some cosmetik work i think. But while experiencing this i wonder if it is possible to have the window i'm holding with the mouse follow to the

Thanks for the info, Shaleh. I wasn't quite sure how that stuff was being implemented, nor what it would mean for resources -- and since mine are few (366Mhz machine with 96MB RAM), I'll skip it for now. In the meantime, I've managed to create a very nice looking theme, err, style! for

this is completely off topic for this list, but may be tangentially on-topic for this thread. my quesiton is whether there is any facility in X for truly transparent windows that will allow them to maybe alpha blend the actual windows beneath them with the stuff they're trying to paint. like
