IT can't be that hard to solve... I just commented out line 2398 of
Window.cc and everything seems to work like it should (used to). I
prefer it this way much more.. not having the window raise when clicked
in, simply because i like to be able to put windows over the window i'm
working in

on the bug tracker(I know it atleast exists still in pre3). Was there
