To do as Rob suggests, perform the following steps:
1. Paste the attached bit of code into an new AppleScript Editor script
document
2. Save that script in ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/Actions
using a name like Secure Empty Trash
3. Restart Quicksilver
4. Enjoy
