What should I delete in order to start QS fresh?

QS doesn't do ANYTHING except show a big QS for about a second. I'm pretty sure I did something WRONG. But deleting the program and re- downloading doesn't help. I'm trying to run QS on Snow Leopard. My friends swear by it. I suppose there are some additional files that I should delete, but

I tried downloading plugins and got the error message that the site couldn't be found. I tried emailing webmas...@blacktree.com to report an internal server error page Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

It looks like the blacktree.com site's been going down quite a bit lately. Alcor usually sorts things out. I set up a kind of temporary backup site, which you can access here: http://patjack.co.uk/qs/plugins.php for the time being. If there are any plugins missing, then just let me know and I
