Create Calendar Event not working?

2018-06-13 Thread Diego Barros
I am trying to create a calendar event, and even though a notification
appears telling me that it was created, nothing appears in Calendar.

I enter "Something something august 15" when creating an event.

If this plugin currently not functioning on the latest macOS version?

Regards,
Diego

I have enabled the 1Password plugin in QS, as well as 3rd part integration
in 1Password 6; but I cannot see the "Open in 1Password" action in
Quicksilver when selecting a 1Password login.

I can see logins in QS just fine, as well as the "Go & Fill..." and "Go &
Fill With..." actions, just not "Open in 1Password".

Does the plugin no longer support the action?

When I try and send an email to myself -- entering text, then selecting
"Email to... (Send directly) -- QS does not return my own Contacts card for
selection. Other contacts are there.

I have checked that the contacts plugin is enabled and the contacts have
been scanned. My card shows up in QS's Preferences for the plugin. I've
also given OS X permissions for QS to access my contacts in System
Preferences.

Any ideas as to what I could try next would be appreciated. I am on OS X
10.10.5 and QS 1.3.0 (4012).

It’s a (partial) bug. I just did some testing and right-arrowing into a

Depending on your needs, a work-around is to use

Thanks! I'll try your suggestion.

 Try this
 applescripthttps://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/blacktree-quicksilver/EymwrW4cc9Y
  (I
haven't). I suggest using it with a trigger as

Quicksilver Selection ⇥ Open in Background

maybe bound to ⌥↩ since you can AFAIK only use alternate actions of the
 same plugin.

Run an application in the background?

2013-07-18 Thread Diego Barros
When I run an application, is it possible for Quicksilver to do it without
switching to it?

Say I'm in app A, and I want to start up app B, but remain focused on and
using app A, can I do this?

Copy content not being stored in Quicksilver's clipboard.

2013-06-07 Thread Diego Barros
When I CMD+C something in to the OS X clipboard, I am finding that it is
not being copied in to the QS clipboard. Has anyone else experienced this?

The contents do go in to the OS X clipboard, but not in to QS, and thus I
also don't get the benefits of QS's clipboard history.

Re: Copy content not being stored in Quicksilver's clipboard.

2013-06-07 Thread Diego Barros
Thanks, Patrick. That was it. I had the app in the list of apps to not
allow clipboard history storage.

There are some applications which are excluded by default from being added
to the QS clipboard (for security purposes)

Go to the Clipboard prefs http://qs.qsapp.com/clipboard and make sure
that the apps you want to add to the clipboard from aren't listed there.
Also, try re-starting Quicksilver, and reinstalling the Clipboard plugin.

The latest versions are QS v1.0.0 and Clipboard Plugin v1.2.2

Displaying clipboard history with a keyboard shortcut?

2013-05-01 Thread Diego Barros
Is it possible to show the Quicksilver clipboard history window with a
keyboard shortcut -- but doing so without first activating QuickSilver,
then pressing Command+L?

Re: Displaying clipboard history with a keyboard shortcut?

2013-05-01 Thread Diego Barros
I am not seeing Clipboard History as an option for the trigger. I've
looked at numerous Catalog entries available, but could not find it. The
closest is Clipboard contents, but that's not the one I'm after.

Create a trigger for Clipboard history-Show Contents Menu, and
 assign it a hotkey.

Re: Displaying clipboard history with a keyboard shortcut?

2013-05-01 Thread Diego Barros
Thanks, Rob. That led me down the right path. I needed to add the 'Shelf
plugin' before seeing the option.

It comes from Catalog → Quicksilver → Shelf Clipboard. Make sure that
 one’s enabled.
