[blfs-dev] build order

I am amazed at how dedicated you guys are to this project! Kudos. Just a suggestion: I think it would be really cool if there were an appendix in the BLFS book listing proven build orders. I know that you should be able to just go back through all of the dependencies for what you want to build,

Several packages list Doxygen as an optional dependency; however, some still include "userinput" blocks with instructions for building documentation. These optional instructions should be moved out of the "userinput" block so as not to be included in jhalfs blfs_tools scripts. --

I built a new SysV system from scratch using jhalfs with the latest svn release, and I am still unable to build Qt. I'm surprised that noone else has run into this issue (see my recent posts on this list). I have used all of the recommended and required dependencies and only minor edits to the
