I've just bought a Creative Zen Microphoto and Im losing my mind! I can't find anything that WORKS. Amarok needed me to add on udev. I started udevd and it still refused to find the device. Everything else seems heavily gnome/gtk based. Not a problem in itself but they all cry for something

Hi, tonight i compiled Xorg 7.1. Icompiled with mesa and have installed everything but the drivers. I only installed the drivers xf86-input-{keyboar,mouse} and xf86-video-{ati,vga}. When i start Xorg by running X i get a nice screen with the X-cursor. But when i run startx then see X-screen
