Open up the file menu and hit the letter D. Then arrow down to manage
identities and hit enter. Then arrow to the identity you wish to delete
making sure that you are not focused in that particular identity. Tab twice
and hit your space bar on remove identity. That should do it.

Yeah, Rick, that's what's supposed to happen, but when I go in to identities
there's no remove button. I've been pulling my hair out trying to get rid
of this thing, but to no avail.

Not sure if I understand you correctly, but in OE, you just hit the Tools
menu (Alt + T), move up twice to Accounts, hit enter, and you should be in a
list of accounts (identities), tab a few times and you'll be on a Remove
button.
