Hi
I have a single page on a website for my college that is in accessible to
JAWS. Unfortunately I am required to use it up to thirty times a week. I
followed a recommendation and tried S A to go at:
http://www.satogo.com
Amazingly, the page that JAWS can not access is completely accessible

I have recently been introduced to this great new piece of screen reading
technology, and have found, to my amazement, that it really is as functional
as Jaws.
Sure, some of the new terms take a bit of getting used to, and
Hello. We received here jaws 10 with dongle authorization. My boss paid it
for me. I guess it should work with this dongle on any computer I put it in.
But unfortunately it is not so. On my home computers I have no problem
running jaws with the dongle. I have vista and windows 7 on my laptop, xp
Hi, everyone. I'm thinking of downloading a third-party firewall. I heard
that sygate is really good. Does anyone know the link for it?
Many thanks in advance.

Yes as a matter of fact I do know the link for it because it is up on the
programs page along with at least one other free firewall. I've used sygate
for a good while, but in the past year or so switched to kerio. They are
both up there free for personal use.

HI David. I'm curious. How do you feel Kerio compares to Sygate? Also,
does Kerio still do updates unlike Sygate which no longer does since it was
bought up?
Thanks,

Neither program are updated any longer, but in my opinion at least Kerio
seems to be a bit less of a power hungry program. I've put them both through
Steve Gibson's shields up test and they passed.

Ah, thanks for that. Another question if I may. How dependable do you
feel these firewalls will remain if there won't be any further updates?
I've been a little worried ever since Sygate got swallowed up, and I still
use it on at least one computer.

I'd recommend using the Sleep Mode in Jaws for those particular functions.
If you now have System Access on your computer, why not have Jaws go to
sleep when you call up System Access?
I believe that the Sleep Mode is in the Advanced Options under your
configuration page. While you're in
Hi, Negoslav. I'm not familiar with windows 7. I wasn't sure if the steps
I suggested would work because each windows operating system is a bit
different. Glad to help whenever I can.
