Hi
I noticed that when I scan a document on my vista system that I rarely get
the page numbers included in my document. Since I am scanning text books it is
important to get the page numbers. What can I do to get the scanner, vista, and
or computer to include the page numbers? I am feeling

Your best course of action would be to decide which of the two screen
readers you want to keep, and get rid of the other one. Why do you need
both JAWS and Window Eyes on the same system? I am surprised that a state
rehab agency would spend almost $2000 of taxpayer money on two screen
Unfortunately, this is not the case. The Open Book add-in for Word 2007 is
only available with Open Book 8, not Open Book 7.

Again, this will work only if you use Open Book 7 with Word 2003. If you
use Word 2007, you need to upgrade to Open Book 8 to get the Scan with Open
Book feature for Word.

Another option would be to buy the program Omnipage. I don't have it, but a
friend does. It costs around $150. Still not cheap, but cheaper than the
nearly $1,000 for Open book. And Omnipage uses Jaws key commands, so there
nothing new to learn.

Has anyone managed registering with Demonoid through an invitation response

I have already tried Webvisum on the page. The problem is that the offer to

Any ideas?

It is still possible that after removing JFW, that WE won't work with that

The DCM technology is supposed to make the drivers play nice and usually
does.
I'd first (as previously suggested) go to the manufacturer's site and get
the latest greatest driver and see if that solves

On my desktop PC, when in OE I can select messages to move to various folders.
This I do by holding down the shift key and up or down arrow. Depending on

Really? I thought you blokes in the UK were so much more progressive than

Elaine,
Don't believe it. For an agency to by anyone screen reading software is a
very rare thing. 99 times out of 100, you buy everything yourself with your

Michael,
Try this instead. Hold down the control key. And as you arrow down, tap
the space bar on all the messages you want to move. Then once you've
selected all the messages, hit control shift V and move them wherever you
