I will need to tandem up with somebody using a newer version of outlook than
2003 which is what I have at this time to test out my fix so to speak. Like
I said before it shouldn't work but it does.

You might try selecting multiple ranges through the Go to dialog. Press
Control + g or F5 to bring up the Go to dialog. To select rows 147 and
150, type:
147:147, 150:150
To select column A and D, type:
a:a, d:d
