Hi Richard, You could go into the following area if using windows 7 and delete the Normal template. Note that where I have placed user name this should be your user profile name. C:\users\user name\appdata\roaming\microsoft\templates Then open up Word again and see if it has cleared the issues

I found the format section in tree view. I scrolled down to test some of the settings but to no avail. I still, for example, hear 72 points or 75 points before JAWS reads a line when using the up or down arrow if the sentence has a space in front of it. Thanks. Rich - Original Message
