I am having problems installing Java Access Bridge. I am running the correct
version of Java which is update 13. This is what it says when I try to

My bank in Trinidad and Tobago now has an online facility and uses, among other
things, a programme called Java Run Time Environment which must be downloaded
on the computers of persons who wish to use the service. I have subscribed to
this service but do not find the site Jaws

Thank you for the explanation.
My tech said he didn't need Java and that I was probably correct that it
was installed when the XP went to the shop in the fall and he uninstalled
it, so I don't have to do anything with Access Bridge.
