Thank you, Rick & Inthane. Because the files are small, I never even thought of zipping them. For some reason, likely my lack of knowledge, I was unable to zip just the shortcut files, but I placed them in a temp folder, & zipped the folder. Job done thanks to you two... Regards, Paul from Aus
