I believe ATT may be filtering out some of my messages and putting them in
a bulk junk folder, if there is such a thing.
I'm using Outlook Express and XP. If there is such a folder, how do I

Thanks.

Hi Maria,
There is a way, but for that, as I said in my previous message, it's more
involved.
Unlike the free version, the Yahoo mail that ATT provides offers you pop
access, where you can have all your messages sent to your computer,
including the ones that appear in your bulk folder.

Hi Sarah,
She doesn't need Yahoo Pops, as the service is already able to be forwarded
to her computer.
When I referred to changing her settings in her e-mail options, I was
referring to telling the Yahoo server how she wants her messages to be
handled.
For example, Yahoo spam Guard gives you
Gottcha! I can't help out then cause I don't deal with yahoo other then the
yahoo groups.
