Ron, tdv-compiled.7z is a zipped file from 7zip. You need to download and install, 7 zip first. http://www.7-zip.org/download.html Once installed it adds items to your context key, the one to the right of the spacebar. You can create a folder for the game then copy tdv-compiled.7z inside it.
