Technically, an RPG is an RPG if it has some kind of skill-based leveling
system.
Technically, A Blind Legend would be classed as an adventure game, since it has
no leveling system but does have a story line and characters.
However, Crafting Kingdom is not, by technicality, an RPG, even though

Dacia wasn't specific. We don't know if Dacia has played any other RPG
before, we don't know what Dacia expects from an RPG. With that in mind
