If you can go into the game's settings, see if you can turn the graphics to
their lowest resolution and-or frame rate. From what you've written, I'm
guessing you have little to no useable vision, and that might help the game run
better on integrated graphics.
You might also check the web and-or any documentation to see if a stand-alone
card is a requirement for the game. If that's the case, you'll have to decide
whether to buy one for this machine or save for a new one and wait to play the
