Just a cautionary note, I have seen the odd article reporting that some of the caustic agents such as those used for oven cleaner can dissolve the solder used to sweat carbide teeth onto blades and router bits. I have never personally observed this but don't fancy the thought of a rogue saw

OK John, I think I would get a thin flat file and just work a little on one side then the other. Plastic, even very hard plastic will cut fairly quickly but you will need some patience. Shift from one side to the other at intervals so that you widen it more or less equally. Good luck. Dale
