However, at the 7:30 position the wings aren't fully engaged and that
doesn't seem good.
I'd settle for 6:30 or even 6:45 ;-)

Can pop off under pressure if the gasket is too thick and the handle
doesn't all the way.
Not fun, have had it happen to me :-)
Would suggest getting a thinner gasket they are pretty cheap.
