Late reply but my 3 year old Brewtus III was doing the exact same thing.
I drained the tanks a fair bit in the process of fully unscrewing the OPV
adjustment and removing the spring to check the rubber seating and looking
for any accumulation or debris.
Nothing found, so I put it back together.
no worries. i could silver solder it if necessary but then if i need to
replace it i have to cut it
