Hi All,
Brew boiler stopped heating. With help of WLL tech support (thanks folks,
you're v. helpful), diagnosed dead controller. Replacing with the Gicar PID
kit from WLL and replaced the pump assembly while open. While open and
beginning the install, found a rat's nest of wiring.

Hi All,
I recently had a problem where my Brewtus II (+PID) would reach temp, allow
me to pull a shot, then the brew boiler would shut down. This message is to
record the solution for future users
Of course, the issue was intermittent, happening about 50% of the time, so
difficult to debug.
dn't see any blackening. Was it

I recently replaced my steam safety valve. It released steam
intermittently, at a pretty low rate. I had occasional success reseating
the original valve by forcing a larger steam release, but I decided to
replace the part. I took apart the original, but couldn't see any damage
on the seat. I
is the wrong valve or if it is just an updated version,

Hi All,
Dead heating element on steam boiler. Broken free with impact wrench and
then unthreaded with regular ratchet.
I cannot get the element out of the boiler. The diameter of the element
coil winding seems to be greater than the threaded hole in the bottom of
the boiler ? Any ideas?
the boiler and
clean up other bits. Still debating whether or not to pull apart the
solenoid and clean.
