According to this recent study, the process used to create some high fructose
corn syrups
adds at least trace amounts of mercury to the end product. As if there weren't
already enough
reasons to avoid it.

I became a convert to DDP some years ago
Fun fact: For our anniversary a couple of years ago I made my wife get me a
couple of
cases of DDP. They cost more to ship than to buy. :-p
