I tried different variants like adding separator, adding space and
separating them on different 'levels'. In the end I found that just
separating and moving them (like on default mediawiki skin) works pretty
well.

things separated, clean and not overcrowded with tabs.
Also in my opinion Tools and Account menus are right where there should be.
One toolbar for all wiki option and tools makes sense and keeps UI clean.

I deployed WordPress website http://live.esde.name with new theme and
MediaWiki website http://docs.esde.name with new theme on my server.
