[BRLTTY] Interesting issue with brailliant 40

I am using ubuntu 20.04 LTS, and a brailliant 40 via usb. If I disconnect my display to use it with my iphone or another computer and then reconnect it later brltty does not always bring up the display. Sometimes I an get it up and running by hitting a key on the keyboard and sometimes it
