Hi,
Some of my test machines hang while booting userland.
starting network
-> here it hangs
load: 0.02 cmd: ifconfig 81303 [sbar] 0.00u 0.15s 0% 78k
ddb shows these two processes.
81303 375320 89140 0 3 0x3 sbar ifconfig

I have two firewalls indeed, so I'm trying your suggestion.
The next crash may be an hour or a month away so I'll post here only
(when|if) it happens again.
If however this resolves the issue I'll hopefully post again only by
the end of january/2023, so you guys know that it fixed it.
Thanks

I'm sure this is not a solution, but could you increase the number of
CPUs to more than 4, for example 6 or 8? I think it

Hello Damjan,
can you share some more information about your setup (dmesg output gathered on
your firewall boxes is sufficient).
Also if you happen to trigger the assert again , I would like to see more
details gathered in ddb (if possible). At least registers and stack traces for
all cpus will
Hi,
We're running 7.2-stable and being affected by this pfsync bug:
KASSERT(st->sync_state == PFSYNC_S_NONE)
(Was fixed in this commit:
https://github.com/openbsd/src/commit/5f17b30aee8b388e13101395f1f026cb3b5be4a6)
Anyone knows if there are plans to release a syspatch for this?
Thanks,
