Iirc, Houston fire and police have started to migrate to the 700MHz band which uses P25 PII..based on TDMA protocols. A lot of the TalkGroups are still simulcasted on the P25 Phase1 800MHz trunk system so a trunk tracker scanner will pick up most of the conversations. But as more TGs migrate
