turned in, I'd check that first. Remove the OVP and check voltage unloaded.
The RS-35A is not a switching supply - - in case that influences
anyone's thinking... I've got 2 of them here...

I have an Astron RS-35A here that is DOA from the lightning strike. There
might be some good spare parts in it, or you can try to fix it. Free for
pickup. I also have a couple of computer cases and other junque available.
