Bovay has 2 different camps in it. Camp Tellespen is the Boy Scout side and Camp McNair is the Cub Scout side. Boy Scouts has a Radio and Signal Merit Badge. Cub Scouts doesn't really have anything similar BUT if you get Cubs excited that interest will/should carry over to Boy Scouts.  Cub
