Jeff, Thanks for the links. I did my distance and other measurements and
printed a PDF to keep on file. vernon.mauery link was great! Easy to understand
and work with. Great presentation of final results.

I haven't found that magazine article (think it was in CQ), but I think I
remember that it said that performing an analysis using one of the online
calculators and printing off the results would suffice to satisfy your legal
requirements. Don't quote me on that; it may be flat wrong.
