Check out any BEST BUY "GEEK SQUAD" Just Google: "GEEK SQUAD" for closest location. I've used them several times, they will make HOUSE CALLS if unable to bring to a "Best Buy" location. D. Yes indeed. When I had our computer stores, I had huge anti static mats on the work benches with wrist straps to the mat.
