Just Google: "GEEK SQUAD" for closest location.

I've used them several times, they will make HOUSE CALLS if unable to 
bring to a "Best Buy" location.

Yes indeed.  When I had our computer stores, I had huge anti static mats on the 
work benches with wrist straps to the mat.  Never had an issue.

Don't know of any shops out that way. Not sure I'd recommend Best Buy, 
I've had more than one friend claim they've wiped out their hard drive 
and lost all the data
