This looks like the classic issue where the GPS is locked up, which is obvious because it's not even seeing the receiver version/info. Power-cycle the radio and see if the GPS comes back. If it does, then it should say if an update is needed. If it's 3.20_8174, it needs 5.1_8174. It's just a Gl

There was an issue with the previous version of GPS antennas, that came with early EPMP1000's. If the GPS antennas you are using are the ones that came with an E2K then you should have the newer model though. In any case way back when there was an issue that the old antennas had in high noise env
