Yes, that is what I thought is the problem. We fixed all the PHP 5.x
issues but you have PHP 5.3 or higher using by the latest xmapp, right?
I do not have now my VM's up and running to check ( I am working here on
Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS).

I downloaded the previous from the same link but manually not in the command
way.
I also want to know the errors associated while installing in window or is
there a different version for window OS as i got the following warning.

Thanx but it doesn't solve and i think there is something missing. After
downloading a fresh copy in linux command
wget http://sourceforge.. , extract and install it goes
successfully.
