I'm using Caret 5.3 and would like to map a functional data set
(t-statistics) onto the surface.
Initially my functional volume was aligned to the anatomical volume used to
create the surface. Though the two volumes have different fields of view and
voxel sizes, both images were centered

In the instructions below, here what these terms mean:
myfunc = your functional volume in your original grid
myanat = your anatomical before input to Caret (the one that aligns with
myfunc)
myanat_caret = full-brain (both hems) anatomical
