Re: [caret-users] problems with Map Volumes

2005-06-20 Thread marco tettamanti
Hi Donna!
I am back and was finally able to check. The metric file, as you suspected,
only contains the header. I have uploaded the metric file, the functional
volume (.hdr and .img in Analyze format) and the fiducial surface.
I am working on a Debian Linux platform.
Thank you for your help,
Marco

 Hi Marco,

The Unknown spec file tag can be safely ignored.

My hunch is that the metric file is empty (except perhaps for the
header). How big is the file? If 1K, then upload your metric, volume,
 and fiducial surface here:

You were running Debian Linux, right?

 Algorithm: Average Voxel

Error while accessing X.metric: contains a different number of nodes than

This is strange, because the Y.coord file is exactly the same as the one
 entered in the mapping algorithm.

 Thank you for your advice!

[caret-users] Monkey atlas and stereotaxic coordinates

2005-06-20 Thread Jochen Ditterich

Hi!

I have a question regarding Caret and the monkey atlas. There are 4
different files under Volume Files - Anatomy. Two of them are
apparently AC aligned, the two others are aligned with respect to the
inter-aural axis. I would like to use the latter ones since this is the
stereotaxic coordinate system we are working with. However, there seems
to be a misalignment between the surface viewer and the volume viewer
whenever I load one of the InterAural_aligned files. The correspondence
seems to be OK whenever I load one of the AC_aligned files. Am I doing
something wrong?

Thanks,

Jochen.

Hi Marco,

Could you also upload the topo file?

Thanks,

Donna
