Hi Tobias, Your metric files were only 30 lines long -- header but no data. Anyway, I suspect this is a case where Caret doesn't recognize your nifti1 .img and .hdr format. It's reading it as Analyze, which works, except you need to then set the origin. The attached captures

Caret Users, At this time, Caret only reads NIFTI files that are a single file with the .nii extension. The next release of Caret will be able to read NIFTI files that are in an Analyze hdr/img pair. -- John Harwell [EMAIL PROTECTED]
