Thanks Travis.

I've a attribute called "Role" released from LDAP and when add a service in 
management webpapp,  If I usedRequired Attributes (Name) : role  and 
checked Case Insensitive, it wasn't working.Service access denied due to 
missing privileges.
 But If I used the exact match "Role", it is fine.

A fix for the no save for Duplicate is in the PR
https://github.com/apereo/cas/pull/3185

The Case Insensitive checkbox tool tip was incorrect and I fixed that.  The
value of the check box is being saved when checked, so I am not sure what
the issue is that you are seeing with this.
