Hi Rolando, I agree with Louise that your license does not support sysgen. You have correctly added the license. I believe the answer to your problem is to obtain a valid license. ISE Design Suite: System Edition contains the Sysgen for DSP license. Check out the links for what is included:

Hi Rolando I’m on a Windows system but I think the Xilinx License Manger should be similar. From your screen shots I see you don’t have a line item called SysGen installed. To my knowledge, this is what you need to create the *.bit file which will create the file needed for the ROACH board. I
