I uploaded the Black Box Memo to the CASPER Wiki... http://casper.berkeley.edu/wiki/images/a/a4/Black_box_memo.pdf I wasn't sure if this should replace Memo 27 or become a new memo, so I didn't update the Memos page of the wiki. If anyone can offer guidance on that, I'd be happy to add a link
