It's a little out of the local area but thought it of interest, a Black-billed Magpie has supposedly been seen in on the west side of Cleveland OH. (per whatbird.com post). Locally, both Franklin Gull Avocet are still at Know-Marsellus Puddler's marsh, along with a nice male N. Harrier, all
