Only one monarch all summer now, within an hr., I've seen 6 They appear to be darker in color than I recall so does that mean they are this summer's hatch? All in a S-SW flight. Beautiful, thrilling, rewarding sight! Need to go to Seneca Meadows! Coming down from the garden a few minutes

Well I am going to report a very neat hummingbird sighting from Saturday. I don't go h bird feeders as I worry that I won't maintain them well. So I just hope that my garden's flowers help them out a little. But all this summer we have been entertained by both adult and juvenile Yellow-bellied
