Just spent a delightful 45 minutes or so traipsing over the fields in search of the big flock of Snow Buntings that were found by Gladys Birdsall on yesterday's Christmas Bird Count. I found them exactly where she had, way in the back of the field behind the observatory. What fun to photograph!
