?Hi all, Here is a link to the clip I took of Purple Sandpiper this afternoon. At times it came as close as 6 feet from me. It moved very fast in general. At one time the surfer had left his surfboard at the edge of the lake and the bird foraged in between the boards. Quite a cute bird!
