Took a trip up and around Cayuga Lake today with my father-in-law and brother-in-law. We also went to the Mucklands. The main goal  was to see large numbers of snow geese and the bald eagle nest at Mud Lock. In between snow squalls, we succeeded. Great views of the Bald Eagle pair.  One on nest

Took my wife around Cayuga Lake today. Weather was nice: lots of sun, temperatures in the 40s with a moderate south wind. The lake was choppy in exposed areas with the coves a little more calm. There was some heat shimmer which hampered distant lake viewing. First stop was Stewart Park.
