Is your voice-port in an active (not shut down) state?
Do you have the proper DSP resources for your configuration?

extension to each user page, but the field to add the UCCX exntension is not
there. I also did not see a rmjtapi user in CUCM. This is the user in the
intergration page on UCCX.
