All,
The past two times I've used ProctorLabs for rack time, I've seen my local
(local to me) IP Phones deregister / reregister every few minutes and they
usually don't come all the way back (DN's missing, etc). I haven't changed
my hardware VPN connectivity at all. Has anyone else seen

You need an ephone-dn for conferencing - it does not need to be a dialable
number. Add something like:
ephone-dn 10 octo
number a01
Conference ad-hoc
Also, under telephony-service do conference hardware

Make sure both MTPs are in the correct device pools / regions on UCM. If your

Go into CUCM Service Parameters and change both the default inter and intra

I've found that the QoS Cisco Press Book is also very useful as a reference

Not looking at the question, but this is typically for 911 / Emergency calls.
It usually means to use a single 911 RP for both HQ / Site A and for site B as

How about forward noan to a CTI Route Point on UCM. Have that CTI RP CFA to

What's the exact version number you are installing? CUC needs to be 8.0(2) or
up for the 8.x train. @ 8.0(2) in Vmware you need 200 GB disk. 8.0(3) went back
to 160 GB.
