Hi Josh
The network in the lab is as real as it can be, no reason you couldn't telnet
to any of the routers. The quickest way I found to complete the lab is to write
everything out in notepad first for all devices, so the speed of the connection
isn't an issue. I barely touched the network
So basically no. You need a gateway to host the vxml script

First attempt I was very slow - did not use the device based approach, did not
finish all tasks. Second I was much faster - using the device based approach,
finished with 3 hours to test. Third attempt I finished with more than 3 hours
to test and pick up the issues - Passed

Hi all
When applying access lists and forcing SRST my dsp resources are taking a long
time to cycle through the available ccm list in my sccp group. To reach the
third choice seems to take forever(haven't timed it), although it does
eventually get there. I would like to speed this up, to save

Your best off doing this
Sccp ccm group 1
Ass ccm 1 pri 1
Ass ccm 2 pri 2
Ass ccm 3 pri 3
Ass profile 1 reg r3-mtp
Ass profile 2 reg r3-conf
Ass profile 3 reg r3-xcoder
You need to use a database file to achieve this
My process if to configure a standard DHCP pool, in this case
ip dhcp pool S1
network 14.10.66.0 255.255.255.0
default-router ip addr of sc router
option 150 ip ip addr of cucm
Then configure
ip dhcp database flash:database.txt
No
. But the phones never get any ip
What troubleshooting need it for that
Regards

Some part of this don't make sense to me
a. We should only consider G711 for multicast moh, we want to stream
multicast from the local gateways using G711, not traverse the WAN - the MOH
region used by the MOH media resources device pool should be set to G711 to all
regions
b.
Congrats

I configure AAR on all of these. Applying AAR to the device pool will mean only
giving all the relevant extensions the AAR group, not much extra config as you
have to visit all those pages anyway. Better safe than sorry

If we are instructed to display the phones time in 24 hour format, should we

The way I get around this is a HQ gateway CSS with a translation pattern for

translates to 2220. Not the slickest way but it works

In some labs we are required to leave VM on CUPC for a specific user, the lab
also requests us to turn off all MWI lights. Which should we do? Should we
